   https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENJPA-3045

   `TestPessimisticLocks.testQueryAfterFindWithPessimisticLocks` is the only
failure of the scheduled Databases workflow on PostgreSQL (11, 15 and 18):
"Unexpected find succeeded".

The test locks Employee 2 and expects `select e from Employee e where e.id <
10` with `setFirstResult(1)` to block, assuming the OFFSET skips Employee 1.
Without ORDER BY, PostgreSQL may return Employee 2 first, so it is skipped and
nothing blocks. Add `order by e.id`, as
`testFindAfterQueryWithPessimisticLocks` already accounts for the same thing.

Test only. `TestPessimisticLocks` passes on Derby.
