https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENJPA-3032 - Derby stores unquoted procedure names in upper case; the lookup now also tries the name folded to the dictionary's schema case. Unknown names are no longer cached and the metadata result sets are closed. - SQL Server: call procedures with `{call ...}` and strip the `;1` suffix and `@` prefix from names reported by the driver.
