This RC incorporates the following fixes. * Click event firing with Navigation Control cleaned up. * Fix to Google layer due to Google API change. * Fix to typo in Layer.Image.setUrl * Fix changeBaseLayer zoom level change * Fix to proxy.cgi to support POST requests.
