Hi list, I want to revive the LoadingPanel as an addin, I've got the code ready locally, and I've added a Wiki page here:
http://trac.openlayers.org/wiki/Addins/LoadingPanel What is the best thing to do now: -put an updated patch at ticket 102 in Trac? -commit the code in a sandbox? If a sandbox is the way to go, can someone please create a bartvde sandbox? TIA.
