All, Currently, the trac list was getting a lot of spam. I have just changed the from address to:
trac-20090...@openlayers.org And updated the allowed senders on the list to remove the address that was being used for spam. Hopefully this doesn't hurt too many people, and sorry I took so long to take care of this.
