Hi. I just opened a ticket with a patch that adds parsing of (practically) all remaining tags of the WMS GetCapabilities document.
http://trac.openlayers.org/ticket/2164 Tests are included. I've ignored <VendorSpecificCapabilities>, and I haven't made any effort to handle <DCPType> properly. Other than that, I think it should be complete. As this patch also incorporates everything from ticket 2151, I've closed that as duplicate.
