Looking at it; should be fixed now. Looks like when someone went to register, apache got stuck, and left the file blank. Thankfully, something keeps a backup. The last copy was dated a couple hours ago -- if you tried to create an account in the meantime, your account information may have been lost. I apologize for the inconvenience.
