I'm fairly new to this stuff and I still don't know how to get the feature
type given the layer.
theLayer.feature.geometry.CLASS_NAME
javascript ERROR feature is undefined
theLayer.features.geometry.CLASS_NAME
javascript ERROR features is undefined
