Hey-

Are you using CQL or another flavor of SQL?

I'd be interested in working on a CQL format in OpenLayers.  This would 
serialize an OpenLayers.Filter as CQL and deserialize a CQL string as a 
filter.

If you have anything started (and you're working with CQL), a patch for 
this ticket would be a good way to start collaborating.
