OK I didn't have a response before the board meeting so couldnt clear it up for you. Jim is the shepherd (cc'd) so to save him a job can the PMC state with clarity that none of the infrastructure for this project is held outside the ASF (the demo server don't count,m its issue tracker, mailing list, version control etc.)
