In the recordings section the public recordings are normally assigned to a specific organization.
At the moment you will see simply all recordings from all organizations that your user is a member of in the public recordings.. Lets say a user has two organizations to his profile assigned. What happens if that user would create a folder in the public section. Which organization belongs that folder to? (1) Further what happens if the folder belongs to Org "A" and I now move a recordings that belongs to Org "B" into the folder of Org "A" ? Does the recording now belong to Org "A" or Org "B" ? Because users of org "A" will never see the folder that file won't be visible for them anymore. (2) I think the use case that a user belongs to multiple org's is rather exotic. At least at this point in time. I am basically fine with (2). If somebody really messes up his own files that way, then the maximum I can think of is like a warning popup or maybe even prevent the user in the UI from doing that. But for (1) we really need to discuss what the expected behavior is.
