Hi Maxim, not sure but there are a number of possible scenarios. The usual stuff like any of the parameters is null. And also doing the things in the right sequence. Or another resource is already using the camera. And under some rare circumstances it might be that the settings you apply do not work with the hardware that you are using.
I can have a look into that a bit more detailed by the end of the week.
