Thank you for developing this video conference product. We have been
using this product for our internal meetings and sales presentations to
customers and investors.
To help this product flourish in the industry, we would like to
contribute to the developers of this product. One of the ways we would
contribute is to create and post a Deverloper’s Guide / Tutorial. This
will help developers add modules and plugins, and more developers will
contribute to the development of the product. We would appreciate your
feedback and answers to the questions below. Also, let us know where
this document could be posted for other developers to use it?
*Outline of Developer’s Guide / Tutorial*
This Developer’s Guide currently includes:
·System-level description of OpenMeetings, its components and
technology layers
·High-level design description of how these system components
interact with each other
·Step by step method for developers to add new modules
We would like to expand this document to include:
·Steps to integrate various plugins
·Common troubleshooting during compilation

To make progress on this Tutorial / Guide, could you kindly help me
answer the questions below?
·Are there any other topics to be covered in this Tutorial?
·How to make a specific widget on an Open Laszlo-based form or panel to
appear or disappear?
·How to modify the application business logic on server that is
connected to an LZX event or widget?
·How to track the Java code related to or invoked by an LZX component?
·Are some Java classes and class-related HTML files also generated from
XML/ LZX?
·How to add, edit and delete content specific to a conference event to
Dashboard?
·List of OL/Flash features to avoid if the target is a DHTML runtime
(e.g. not use ActionScript libraries, Flash cookies,…?.).
