Thank you for adding useful features: invitation list in drop down and
usergroup invitation.
Your question
2) admin can invite any group to any room, this might be not that good
idea since user being invited might have no rights to enter the room and
will get an error upon enter
I would to hear idea on how this can be improved
Suggestion
In the spirit of assisting your initiative, here is the logic to
navigate the usergroup rights issue you pointed out.
We understand these users are prevented from entering the room because
they do not belong to the usergroup of the sender.
Perhaps we could
·fetch and extract all the users from the invited usergroup (parse
their attributes and strip the metadata about their usergroup)
·make them external users (string extraction, concatenating first
name lastname and e-mail), and then
·send the invitation.
