1) As it concerns the profile image, the ImageMagick convert successfully the
thumbs and I can see the image in the upload folder but it can't be shown to

2) Also, I have another problem ( I haven't had in version 3.0.7) with charset
greek encoding.
When I send an invitation for example all the body and the subject of the email
have ??????????????? in greek words. How can I fix it?
3) Finally I didn't get the registration email. Any suggestion here?

I take a closer look to the Alvaro's guide and I run the ffmpeg script and I
change some paths.
The recordings function and I can download them in flc and avi format too but I
get an error message in greek language to the main board. I translate the error
in English version and it is the following: "No videos found with supported
formats and MIME types".
As it concerns the profile image, I still have the issue :(
It is minor issue but if you have any suggestion please inform me.
