Yeah maybe I can help a bit with the User list. The issue with the browser icons not being shown on hover seems to be limited to Firefox/OSx. On Safari/Chrome it seems to work.
And there is indeed an issue with the moderation status being cached when you leave and re-enter the room in the v3.2.0 of the room. But yeah in general seems quite close. Just a lot of small issues that remain.
