Dear Fellow OpenMeetings Developers,
While migrating one of our customizations from OM 3.0.7 to OM 3.1.2, we are
stuck in the final step. We would appreciate any vectors to resolve this.
Issue we are facing:
We have added a new menu item in the conference room. We would like it to
selectively appear in specific conference rooms. To do this, we have added
a checkbox for this menu in Administration -> Conference Room. But the
activation of the checkbox is not able to effect the hiding of the Menu
item.
Cause:
In 3.0.7, to hide this menu item in specific conference rooms, we used the
following scheme: hideTopBar and hideWhiteboard
and 8 files (see OM 3.0.7 below).
Seeking your assistance:
In 3.1.2, what are the equivalent methods and rooms to hide whiteboard, or
file explorer panel or chat or activities panel?
1. File #8 below is removed from OM 3.1.2.
2. In #6, #7 files below, these methods are removed: - addRoom(.. ..
many parameters ..); - updateRoom(.. .. many parameters ..); - public Long
{add,update}RoomWithModerationQuestionsAudioTypeAndHideOptions(.. .. many
parameters . . .);
