well... now I got it... the problem was, that I need to use the ip-address of my test-server, because hostname will be redirected to https: ...

I needed to enter the rule "*:5080". That worked for me...

just have checked this

The setting has name: "Hostname pattern"

So I believe you have to enter "host"
And everything should work :) (works for me)

reproducible with google chrome and chromium
change settings as follows
At the top right, click "More" and then "Settings".
At the bottom, click "Show advanced settings".
Under "Privacy," click the "Content settings" button.
change "Cookies"settings to "deny for all webpages".
for adding an exception click "Manage exceptions".
Under "Hostname pattern," enter "http://host:port/openmeetings";
Reload page, OM dashboard is empty, just chat is available
