Hi Maxim,
today I noticed the little "+". I think if you know it, it should be
enough, but if you use OM the first time or not regular... Probably
adding the blinking/shaking from "raiseyourhand"-notification might be
enough and hopefully easy to adapt... WDYT?

Actually user rights icons are being changed, they huge and always visible

I think user need to be informed, if they got/revoke the right from moderators
to share audio/video.
Otherwise additional actions (audio/chat) is needed.
