Hello Peter,

As far as I understand

right now we are working with Apache git, all PRs issues comments etc. on
github need to be manually copied to Apache git

With Gitbox:
- all OM commiters will have write access to github repo
- github repo can be used for the work (as primary source)
- PRs can be merged/commented/declined from github web interface
