I noticed this before: Every user that publishes his video it _immediatelly_ calls refresh on the entire video.
You can also see that in the performance tests: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OPENMEETINGS/OpenMeetings+140+users+test+08-02-2021+with+256crypt#OpenMeetings140userstest08022021with256crypt-Everybroadcastisrefreshed-immediately There doesn't seem to be any logic to it. It's just by default: For every broadcastStarted it immediately does a "broadcastRestarted" And this happens immediately, right at the critical time when it initialises the conference room. I noticed this is triggered by calling "refresh" on the video. https://github.com/apache/openmeetings/blob/master/openmeetings-web/src/main/front/room/src/video.js#L646 Why are we refreshing every freshly started broadcast immediately again ? Do we really need to do that ?
