[I] Update logo with new one of feather of Apache [openmeetings]

   Hi, @solomax!
   
   As you requested, I've prepared several logo options:
   
   1. A simple replacement of the feather.

   2. I’ve added a white border around the base font to visually separate the 
feather and the label.

   I like the second option.
