I was only around as a backup, and didn't get any calls until testing things the next day. They started it Friday at 7pm and it was done by Sunday at 2pm.
Nothing failed in the changesets during the upgrade that I know of. There were some bugs found after starting around formentry that will require some programming fixes. Temporary hacks are in place for now. I'll have one of the AMPATH devs reply in case I'm misrepresenting the process.
