Roger,

DHIS2 packs 3 connectors out-of-the-box viz. mysql, postgres and h2 and the
connector versions are automatically updated to the latest ones from maven
central. I was hoping something similar in OpenMRS in
https://tickets.openmrs.org/browse/TRUNK-1925

As far as datatype conversion, liquibase 2.0.0 does a good job of matching
the common datatypes between different database engines like MySQL's
LONGTEXT to Postgres's TEXT. But I couldn't find the mod source code that
OpenMRS has done to liquibase. Is it available somewhere?? I remember there
was a patch file in the trunk/lib/liquibase, but after maven conversion we
don't have the lib folder anywhere now?? May be it
this<http://svn.openmrs.org/openmrs-contrib/source/liquibase-1.9.5-src.zip>...
with the patch??
