The gist is that a ReportDefinition can have as many DataSetDefinitions as you want. When you add a DataSetDefinition to a ReportDefinition, you specify the "name" for this DataSet at the time you add it. When it comes to designing your report template, you can then specify what value you want from your dataset by referencing it by "dataSetName"."columnName".
