Im far from an expert on this subject, but the error message ('not defined'
as mentioned in your prevous e mail) plus the fact that it works once the
include is removed just might mean that there is a conflict between
different JavaScript libraries used in this page. Maybe we should wrap up
the call inside an anonymous javascript function ?
