I am running 1.8.1-stable-with-WS-alpha I now can get the message into the HL7 message queue, but when the processHL7Task tries to process it I get the following in the log printed out : Com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: Column 'encounter type' cannot be null. Darius said that currently getting the encounter from the MSH segment is not implemented (I am going to submit a ticket on that). Not sure if this is possible, but perhaps somebody could try exactly what I am using (above3) and run a debugger on it to see why the error is occurring.
