A position is available for a senior Java software developer, for NIH-funded research and development with OpenMRS and the HCIS2 open source clinical data warehousing tool. Previous experience with the design and deployment of systems using OpenMRS, while not required, would obviously be beneficial. This is a development position, providing IT support for epidemiological research. However potential opportunities for involvement in research certainly exist. The position is at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ, in collaboration with Einstein Medical School, Rutgers University, and other collaborators.
