Thanks Ben. With Sync 0.94 and OpenMRS 1.5.4 I can't find any 'sync%' privileges in the 'Manage privileges' section under administration. Should I?

When something fails because of privilege checks it puts the required privilege in the error message (or sometimes just the logs).
