In this case:
1. void an obs
2. void the patient
3. unvoid the patient
4. assert that the obs was not unvoided with the patient

Normally this works fine, but this time 1 and 2 happened for the same value
of now(), presumably because through the VM I was getting less precision in
the clock cycles. So I inserted a Thread.sleep(20) between 1 and 2, and the
test passed again. (Thread.sleep(10) wasn't enough...)
