So, I couldn't reproduce this on my 1.6.4 local server or our 1.6.3 demo
server, but I downloaded the 1.8.2 standalone (which is awesome), and I
saw the same problem.
It seems that the module is incompatible with OpenMRS under some
circumstances but not all, due to css/javascript conflicts. I've
checked in a fix for this and uploaded a new version to the repository -
2.0.2.
Give this one a go and let me know what you think. Thanks for trying
this module out - you're a bit of a pioneer with it I think! :)
