Hi Juan, I don't think there is a place to store edit reason. Obs<http://resources.openmrs.org/doc/org/openmrs/Obs.html> value can be edited without saving the reason. If you void an Obs, then you can add reason and its called getVoidReason<http://resources.openmrs.org/doc/org/openmrs/BaseOpenmrsData.html#getVoidReason()>
