Hi Erick, After having looked at the formentry code i believe it is possible because it has a patientEncounters in the same velocity context as used for patient.getFamilyName.
But as you know, patientEncounters has all encounters for the selected patient and from each encounter, you can get a list of observations (or as you call them concept field values). So to help you with the right syntax to use, we need to get some more information from you concerning what you exactly want to achieve. For instance, do you just want to display the last value entered for a concept or all of them?
