Hi,

Looks to me as if there is something wrong with the contents of your run
time properties file. Why not delete the entire run-time propertiles file
(its in your Application Data folder) and re try once more ?

This should re - create a new runtime property file for you.

PS: I'm not sure what the bin folder u r referring to is. Better put it in
the Application Data folder , (if using windows, its located at C:\Docs and
Settings\currentuserrunningtomcat\Application Data\
