Point of clarification: 

If you are in one of the 79 other countries or territories which observe 
Daylight Saving Time, this shift may only be temporary (a matter of weeks) 
depending on when your location stops observing DST (if at all). If you're 
unsure how this change in meeting start time effects you (understandably so!) 
I'd recommend using an online time zone converter [0] and determining what time 
it is where you are, based on a given meeting start time [1] in Indianapolis.
