I got the same error when using
http<http://svn.openmrs.org/>s<http://svn.openmrs.org/>://svn.openmrs.org<http://svn.openmrs.org/>
instead of http://svn.openmrs.org<http://svn.openmrs.org/>:

svn: OPTIONS of 'https://svn.regenstrief.org': 200 OK
