Hey Michael, Would it be problematic to add the openmrs-api-tests.jar and openmrs-web-tests.jar to the openmrs*-SNAPSHOT jars that are deployed to the maven repo nightly?
I think you probably asked us about these when you set the snapshots up and we decided they weren't necessary, but it looks like they might be... either that or we have to change how our module dependencies work.
