Thank you, you were right.After deleting the database, I could successfully
install OpenMRS. :-)

About Maven+Eclipse error, maybe because I am using internet from an
university campus it has caused this issue.Besides I do not know to
configure eclipse for the proxy setup. But now that I could manage it using
command-line, I think it wont be an issue.

Now that the installation setup is ready, I will try following the other
suggestions in here[1].
