I've been code reviewing a bunch of tickets today, and I really would have liked to be able to mark them in JIRA as "Approved, needs backport". (As opposed to leaving them as Code Review (Post-Commit) or putting them in Rework Needed.
I propose we add a "Needs Backport" transition from Code Review (Post-Commit), which takes you to Approved. (From Approved you should be able to Close the ticket.)
