To be clear, designing the ETL process to move the data is a manual process. We hope that there will be standard elements which most warehouses will want to use that can be shared, but the individual data elements and cleansing them will be a site-by-site process. Once the ETL is complete, it can be automated to write to the warehouse on a regular basis. You then would derive OLAP cubes which would need to be refreshed for the analytical part...
