Hi Thushan,

This issue occurs at times when you are behind a proxy server. In that
case, guidelines on this
page<https://wiki.base22.com/display/btg/How+to+Configure+Subclipse+to+Work+With+Proxy+Server>
would
help, seeing that you are on a windows environment. If you are on Windows7,
the Application Data folder is hidden (so unhide it), and is a junction
that points to C:Users\username\AppData\Roaming folder.
Or may be using a client adapter will work as
Stackoverflow<http://stackoverflow.com/questions/85486/adding-a-svn-repository-in-eclipse>
 suggests.
