Dmitry, What version of Openmrs are you using? The Access Logging module hasn't been under active development in quite some time, so I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't work with the latest version of OpenMRS... I don't know if anyone is actively using it.
However, it looks like the bugs may be relatively easy to fix if you think this is a module you'd like to use...
