405 is an interesting status code, I haven't seen that one before: 10.4.6 405 Method Not Allowed The method specified in the Request-Line is not allowed for the resource identified by the Request-URI. The response MUST include an Allow header containing a list of valid methods for the requested resource.
How are you calling the url? Tomcat/Jetty/Other? Curl? Browser? App? The lack of GET on some urls is a known issue: https://tickets.openmrs.org/browse/RESTWS-193 You could compile from source to get the fix immediately.
