Gaurav Sir, I have been trying with both. I downloaded the source from ' http://svn.openmrs.org/openmrs-modules/feedback/trunk/ ' and build it to version 1.0.0 and downloaded the OMOD ver 1.0.1 from https://modules.openmrs.org/modules/view.jsp?module=feedback .
Also the root user can log in to database I checked using Navicat and MySQL Workbench. Should I try making some changes in the source ??
