I'm not using the standalone... I just used the standard installer checked "yes" for install demo data. It then prompts you to set a new admin password, which I do, but then I can't log in with that.
The underlying issue, I believe, is that the scheduler username/password is set to admin/test, and the Reporting module (which comes bundled in the war) schedules a task to run every minute that attempts to authenticate with the admin/test password... this continually fails since the admin password has been changed, and, eventually, the admin user is locked out. https://tickets.openmrs.org/browse/TRUNK-3272 From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Wyclif Luyima Sent: Tuesday, April 10, 2012 5:29 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [OPENMRS-DEV] possible 1.9 blocker bug? Are you running the standalone or are you using the 1.9 demo data from the demo data downloads page? If yes to any of the above, I ran into this and i think the password for admin was changed from test, try Admin123, we need to change it back to test Wyclif On Tue, Apr 10, 2012 at 4:55 PM, Mark Goodrich <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> wrote: I'm having problems logging in to OpenMRS 1.9 after doing a clean install (as opposed to an update of an existing database).
