@Michael- Any chance we can get this ticket expedited?
https://tickets.openmrs.org/browse/ITSM-2381 It would really be helpful for me, as project lead for a module, to be alerted whenever a new ticket is entered, or someone takes on a ticket, or a ticket is closed. I just had a situation where a developer took on a ticket that was part of a GSoC project... I would have told him not to bother with it if I had been alerted that he had picked it up.
