Hi, I was looking at the list of introductory tickets and thought I might tackle this one. According to the ticket, running the ObsValidator test produces a warning that "Concept ID's for boolean concepts should be numbers". There was a note in the ticket saying that the warnings were not reproducible, and I also found this to be the case. I did a bit of research and found that Mark Goodrich had worked ticket TRUNK-3150 to properly load the True and False concepts, which would have directly impacted the code that these tests run (see CL# 26498). Therefore, I suggest that this ticket be closed as fixed along with that one.
