I am happy to announce the release of OpenMRS 1.9.0 RC4 (Fourth Release Candidate) which you can get from the downloads page<https://sourceforge.net/projects/openmrs/files/prereleases/OpenMRS_1.9.0_RC4/>. This is just a bug fix, in the core and some bundled modules, over the previously released RC3. You are encouraged to use the Release Testing Helper module to test this fourth release candidate using your existing data.
