The Apache OpenNLP mirror on Github is not synchronizing with our repository.
OpenNLP graduate quite a while ago from the Incubator and probably the
subversion location was never updated.
The new location in subversion is:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/opennlp/trunk/
The project on Github:
https://github.com/apache/opennlp
