You prefaced the word with “active”. That’s a judgement call. Everyone must be allowed to participate in the VOTE. https://www.apache.org/foundation/voting.html#expressing-votes-1-0-1-and-fractions Please, do not close the VOTE until 72 hours have passed. In addition, we should allow non PMC members and non committers to voice their opinion as well to include the community.
